Dear Brodart Partners,

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a disruptive, distracting, heart-wrenching situation with no apparent end in sight. But we recognize that even in the face of tragedy and uncertainty, life must go on.

At Brodart, we're doing our best to weather the storm and support our customers, while safeguarding the health and safety of our employees.

Brodart personnel representing a number of customer-facing disciplines are currently working remotely and available to support you. Please continue to contact Brodart as you usually do, via phone or email. We are monitoring these channels and will respond as quickly as possible.

We will assist you in every way we can until we're able to resume normal operations. Please let us know how we can help.

As of Monday, March 30, we have begun the process of recalling a limited number of production employees to work in our Books & Library Services and Supplies & Furnishings business units. Books and Supplies are covered under the list from the state government as life-sustaining businesses and exempt from mandated closure. We're waiting to hear the status of a request to the state government on a waiver for Contract Furniture.

This is the first phase of a gradual, carefully controlled ramp-up period. Over time, employees will gradually be asked to return to work, based on needs. Please note that we are adhering to CDC guidelines, including those regarding social distancing.

At this point, we don't yet know when we'll be able to return to full operational capacity. We'll continue to communicate as conditions evolve.

Please stay safe.
