It is my sincere hope that this letter finds you well. Our condolences go out to everyone affected by the pandemic. And we thank you for your ongoing efforts to provide valuable services to your patrons under such trying circumstances.
Today, I want to provide you with an update on Brodart's status. At the direction of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, many counties have entered the "green" phase of reopening from the Coronavirus shutdown, described as follows:
The green phase eases most restrictions with the continued suspension of the stay at home and business closure orders to allow the economy to strategically reopen while continuing to prioritize public health.
Under that broad umbrella, Brodart is proceeding with its reopening plans. Here is a current snapshot of where we stand.
Brodart is open for business.
We are following CDC guidelines as outlined by the state, regarding the use of face masks, cleaning regimens, and social distancing.
We are maintaining a moratorium on travel for staff.
We fully recognize that the danger has not yet passed. We are monitoring and evaluating the evolving situation and will take appropriate action as conditions demand.
We will continue to hold shipments for our customers, until they let us know they are open. For those who have already updated us on their status for receiving shipments, no further action is necessary. Please note that some unavoidable delays in shipping may occur. We are doing our best to expedite shipments and meet customer demand.
We remain committed to satisfying the needs of our customers. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.
Be safe. Be well. Thank you for your continued business.
