Brodart Co.(www.brodart.com), the nation’s premier provider of books, supplies and contract furniture, has been invited by NBC Television to assist in granting the wish of a young girl to share her extensive personal library with her hometown of Mineral City, Ohio. In order to accommodate her wishes, a children’s library has been constructed in her home town and Brodart Co. provided furniture, supplies and books for the brand new facility.

What is more heartwarming is this special child’s willingness to share her personal collection with others, as it will continue to serve her community for many years to come.”
To help make this wish come true Brodart’s Contract Library Furniture division provided all wood shelving units, a circulation desk, tables, chairs and OPAC stations. Two-hundred and fifty books were selected by the Brodart Collection Development team for ages ranging from Kindergarten through Young Adult and covering a very wide range of interests. Brodart’s Supplies and Furnishings division provided many great items including two listening centers, puppets for the children’s area, as well as bulletin boards and a Big Book Browser Truck.
The episode is scheduled to air 8pm CST / 9pm EST Friday evening, November 11th on NBC.
